El 14 de enero del presente año recibimos confirmación de 1 habitación de 5 plazas b&b al precio de 60 CHF 5 camas, precio total de la habitación 60 CHF. Cuando llegamos no había nadie en la recepción del hotel (sobre 12:30) y nos tocó esperar cerca de 45 minutos. Al llegar la responsable de la recepción nos comentó que no tenía habitación para nosotros pero que nos había reservado plaza en el hotel BADHOF en las afueras del pueblo, no en el centro que estaba éste. Además, nos comentó que el precio era de 300 CHF. Iniciamos reclamación contra Venere que es el que nos ofertó el hotel con las condiciones y precio indicados en la reserva.

Accueil très sympathique pour des cyclotouristes qui ont fait le tour de Suisse de Genève à Bâle en suivant le Rhône puis le Rhin. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cette étape à l'hôtel Untertor, dans un cadre pittoresque et magnifique. It was perfect.
HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By car
From the A13 highway take exit Altstätten-Kriessern, very close to the hotel. For a more scenic route, drive through the Appenzellerland (on the Gais-Altstätten road).
By train
From Altstätten railway station, walk for 15 minutes. It is also possible to take the Appenzellerbahn. This railway station is only a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
By airplane
From Zürich airport, take the direct train (around 60 minutes) to Altstätten railway station and walk from there.
