The resort is placed between 1860 and 3300 metres in altitude, with 220 km of ski runs, including the longest in Europe (17 km), areas for the new snow-gliding sports and 54 km of cross-country skiing.

Everything was fine apart from Breakfast. This was a total disastor. I arrived each morning at 8.30am to find that most of the buffet had gone already and the staff had not replaced items such as milk or fruit. Coffee was not fresh and there were no place settings. I had to scavenge a cup and cutlery from other tables and in the end I gave up and went out for breakfast. The breakfast staff did not seem to care at all about this, they spent most of their time gossiping/arguing with each other and paid no attention to guests whatsoever. This was in direct contrast to the staff on reception who were very courteous and helpful.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
Take A6 highway to Lyon, then A48 highway to Grenoble. Follow the indications to Briançon and Bourg d'Oisans. Once at the resort, turn right and take Entrée Est, then follow the indications to Les Bergers.

By train
The nearest railway station is Grenoble, 70 km away.

By airplane
The nearest airports are Lyon St Exupéry and Grenoble.
