While sleeping, robers came into our room (number: 4122) through the balcony door and they stold our money, phones, valuable watch, etc...Manager of the hotel just sent us to the police and it was it.We were robed WHILE SLEEPING IN THE ROOM. He said the security is high, but it is not true. Nobody helped us. Overall, the service was very poor, the food was bad and expensive. The SPA ceneter and the masage done by two russian girls for 170 eur was a joke and they finished 25min earlier; when we complained they just said: WELL, WE DID NOT HAVE A WATCH. I always book hotels through venere, but this hotel is really bad in service. The madis were also very loud while cleaning the other rooms, talking and moving furniture in the way it was waking us every morning...the first thing was the way they all behaived when we were robed in the foreign country and GM of the hotel did nothing... Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

5 to 9 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount of the
entire stay is charged. 4 days or less or in case of no show
100% of the entire stay is charged. In case of unscheduled
departure 50% of the entire remaining stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 9 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
