By car
Head South on M5 and look for signs to Torquay/Paignton. Bear left onto Telegraph Hill (A380). Continue along A380. On approach to Penn Inn Roundabout, take the Left Hand Lane and 2nd Exit onto Torquay Road. Take 1st Exit onto Riviera Way at Kerswell Gardens roundabout. Continue along Left Hand Lane towards Currys. Continue across to Newton Road (A3022) until Halfords. Bear Right at Halfords and continue along Avenue Road. Look for entrance to Brandize Hotel on the left.
