suite king Visitors at the Elysian Guest House can choose from 5 individually designed suites and studios, each of which offers all of the facilities and space of a mini apartment. The suites and studios come with either king or queen size beds, as well as a futon or pull-out sofa bed, providing superb accommodation in New Orleans for up to 3 or 4 people.

All of the lodgings have a kitchenette and their own private entrance, allowing guests to come and go as they please. The Porch king suite even has its own terrace and the Garden suite opens on to the semi-private back courtyard, giving residents extra outdoor space. Each accommodation also has plenty of indoor space, including an elegant lounge area with cable TV, free wireless Internet access, VCR or DVD player.

The ample living spaces and luxurious decor of the suites and studios is also matched by the high number of services available. Each lodging has an en-suite bathroom with shower, hair dyer, towels and toiletries, while the kitchenettes come with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee-maker. HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By airplane
From Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport: call United Cabs at 504-522-9771 once you get off the plane and they will assign and direct you to one of their taxis. The company knows the Marigny and French Quarter areas very well. A taxi will cost around $29.00 for two people and $10.00 per each extra passenger. The taxi rank is situated directly outside the baggage claim area, on the lower level.

On-street public parking is available near the guest house.
There is a local shuttle service to/from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport that stops in Elysian Fields Avenue, just four doors down from the guest house.
