Prolems relating to bathroom i.e. poor shower (intermittent hot and cold water)although good water power, also the sink would not empty and couldn't get the plug out to remedy the problem. Could not get any milk from the receptionist at night, said he was too busy.
Apart from that the hotel was ok.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My single room although small was very clean and comfortable. It's an ideal location for the tube and coach.
