Family who runs the B&B is really nice. Good rooms, good breakfast, and great location - near Hyde Park and Paddington Station, so easy access to the rest of the city. I'd definitely stay there the next time I'm in London.

We found the welcoming good, but we had some problems for sleeping well because of the noise of the traffic in the street, the cracking of the bed and the floor...
We hoped a better bedroom for that price but ... we were well situated in London...
