Just a short walk from Amsterdam Central Railway Station and close to the major city's attractions, such as Dam Square, the Esperanza Guest House is the perfect venue to enjoy this vibrant and exciting city that has so much to offer.
The guest house room is located on the ground floor, and underwent a complete renovation in 2005. It is able to host up to 2 persons and is equipped
with a twin bedroom, fitted with bunkbeds, and a private bathroom. The room has a fridge, coffee machine, microwave oven, and colour TV.
Among the facilities on offer are a free fax service, a baby sitter service on request, and an array of touristic information including city maps and city tour booking is available at the office located on the apartment's doorstep.

This recently renovated apartment has a bedroom on the 2nd floor with 3 single beds and private toilet and shower. The living room is located on the 1st floor and has 1 single bed, couch, dining table, cable TV, coffee machine, kettle, open kitchen with microwave oven and fridge.
Ironing facilities are available on request.
There is no door between 1st and 2nd floor, the rooms are connected by the staircase. Guests have the front door key and can come in/out any time as they please.

it is not a hotel.it is a house next to a cafeshop where my partner and i were given a downstairs room at front.it had bunkbeds crammed into it.was as if we were in a prison cell.no laundry service or breakfast/meals offered.upstairs lived a family as we could hear babies crying and at front door was 2 prams you had to squeeze past.no other rooms in premises except ours.photos we seen on booking site were not real.it would suit 2 mates on a weekend away

Hello, My friend and I stay 2 nights in Amsterdam. We were in red district (I didn't it before !) and it was quiet. It was the 40 years of my friend and it was her birthday's present. The fotos were very diferents as the reality. The reality seems as very poor tourists when the fotos didn't show it. It's good for young students or for people who like "spartiat style". It's 5 minuts near central station, that's very well.

fantastic location and great value for money if you're travelling with a group of friends and want to enjoy the "usual" attractions in Amsterdam. less suitable for a couple in a romantic trip.

The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the Central Station.
By airplane
From Schiphol airport take a train to the Central Station, available every 15 minutes, and then you are a 5-minute walking distance from the apartment.
