Guest House Nemo Amsterdam - Venere.com guest house - exterior Nemo guesthouse offers 4 completely renovated and fully furnished flats in the centre of Amsterdam. The property is located only 10 minutes walking from the Central Station, so that you will experience the traditional buzz and excitement of Amsterdam. Dam Square, the very centre and heart of Amsterdam and the site of the Royal Palace, is also within walking distance.

The flats are fully furnished and consists of open plan living/dining room, a twin bedroom and a private bathroom with shower. There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekdays, 3 nights on weekends, and 4 nights on holidays.

Important: please note that while a credit card is required to guarantee your reservation, this hotel will only accept cash payment and bank transfers.

Guest House Nemo Amsterdam - Venere.com apartment - double room The completely renovated flats are fully furnished and consist of a living room, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and all the necessarily cookware. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The spacious and bright living area provides a double sofa bed, dining table, chairs and cable TV with DVD player. The kitchen is fitted with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.

There is 1 extra folding bed, which can be put in the living room as an alternative to the double couch. The apartments also provide Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Tried to submit this a minute ago and was disconnected - not sure you got it. Guest House was accurately represented and we were met by the proprietress, Katya, who was pleasant and helpful. It was located as specified and Katya's email correspondence was prompt and reassuring to travelers to a foreign city. The apartment was clean, bright, comfortable and included amenities such as salt, pepper, cleaning items for kitchen, coffee, beer, milk and more which was helpful as we planned to cook meals (restaurants in this city are generally overpriced and disappointing to us). Be prepared for stairs as there are many and they are daunting (we were prepared). The only downside was the last night of our four day stay, the downstairs tenants started partying late and loudly - we did not feel like asking them to be quiet and should have woken Katya but did not - the next morning we told her what happened and she said she would have had no problem dealing with the noisy neighbors. She was totally pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, even directing us to free public parking which was about 15 minutes away from the location.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By train
From the Amsterdam Central Station, you can reach the property on foot: walk across the Station bridge and once in front of hotel Victoria turn left, cross another bridge and follow Prins Hendrikaade for about 5 minutes to the number 133.

TRANSPORT SERVICES

Guests can use private or public parkings located on the vicinity.
A pick up service from the Central Station can be organised on request.

HOTEL POLICIES

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available at any time before 11 p.m. Please inform the property about your correct arrival time; any change must be communicated at least 24 hours before the arrival. Payment by cash or bank transfer only.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments prior to 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Additional beds are not included in the price and cost €50,00 per person.
City tax is not included and costs 5% of the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY For late cancellation and no show, first night stay will be charged on your credit card. The Bed and Breakfast requires a deposit in order to garaunte the reservation: The deposit is the first night's stay. They will contact you with their bank details.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
