The staff were helpful and spoke english, so that made it easy for some. The area was close to the station, but a bit rough for female travellers.

Our first room was smaller than expected but nice. The only problem was that it faced the main road. So, we moved to a second room because we wanted it quieter but I couldn't stand the smell of the carpet. I would also like to add that I did not realize Toulouse was so busy and I did not like it there. That is the major reason I left after 1 night. But, I must say your staff at the front desk was friendly and obliging. They could not have been any nicer and for that I was very grateful.
Due to the remarks section of your web site, we changed our original hotel choice in Venice and were not disappointed. In fact, I don't think we could have chosen any better. So, thank you.

| You can park your car in the public car park, 200 metres from the hotel, at discounted prices. The city shuttle service to the airport stops just in front of the hotel. Tickets can be bought on the bus. The service is available every 20 minutes. |
