Good value for a very central location, near all the main historical and architectural landmarks of Toulouse. We were extremely grateful for the assistance of the staff when our car was towed by the local authorities due to a misunderstanding of absurdly complex street parking regulations. If you are taking a car do watch out for these!

We booked an executive room. The first we were given was a good size but very basic and the bathroom was old and very dim. We changed to another exec. room which had a better, brighter bathroom although the screen on the shower cubicle was off its hinges on one side. The room itself was small, poorly furnished and needed refurbishing and redecorating. All the rooms have the same bed linen and you get no extras when you book an exec. room. We did not enjoy our stay. We were advised by the staff the hotel is mainly used by business clients. However, the 9 euro breakfast was good value, best of all was the freshly squeezed orange juice.

Hotel well situated... Room rather small looking towards a very noisy (motorbike, garbage containers) inner yard.

The room was supposed to be"executive" type.Very small,on airshaft, dismal view,VERY overpriced.Suspect it was really "classique"but our late arrival allowed them to peddle this to us as "executive"--should have given us E10 back.Room 217,returned June18-20,NOW good size executive

The "executive" room was cramped but the bathroom was relatively large. We had to ask for extra towels which disappeared the next day. Curiously, our room had a DVD player, too-didn't check if it worked. Location is excellent-close to the railway station and most places of significance. Breakfast was extra.

An excellent hotel, our best in 3 weeks France. Very warm welcome, good location, very nice bar, nice room and a very nice bath room indeed. Would definitely return if Toulouse would be a bit more interesting (sorry guys)

Hotel con personal encantador y habitaciones muy completas y espaciosas. Los servicios comunes y atenciones son excelentes. El desayuno exquisito. El lugar muy céntrico. Muy importante la existencia de un parking público enfrente del hotel y a precios razonables.

Our room was clean and quiet with plenty of hot water and a new coffee-making machine. The decor was a little on the shabby side, but they seemed to be in the process of re-decorating while we were there. The plastic bath had a crack in it that had been clumsily repaired, but it didn't seem to leak and was still functional, but the shower fitting was broken so you had to use it as a hand-held job. All in all, the hotel was pretty much as I'd expected. Well located near the station, with a convenient taxi rank outside. Close to restaurants and shops. It was a nice old building and the rooms, while not spacious, were adequate. The breakfast was okay, too.

This is a plain hotel in a good location. Although the building is run down and the general state of it is shabby, the rooms were clean and quiet. We were just passing through for a short one night visit and since this hotel offered a great combination of price and location (right around the corner from the airport shuttle) it suited us just fine.

We arrived at the hotel early so had to wait for our room to be cleaned, reception said this would take an hour but ended up taking a lot longer. A bag of rubbish was left in the room and there was no soap in the bathroom, so we had to rob the cleaning ladies trolly! The air conditioning was very noisy even on the lowest setting. A phone in another room rang constantly for ages which kept us awake in the morning. There was an excellent selection of food at breakfast, definately worth the 8 euros. The location is excellent for the centre and train station.

This is the dirtiest hotel that we have ever stayed in. We only stayed because were afraid of losing our deposit, arrived late, and did not know the area. The hotel was very damp and mildewed. Our bed was unmade on arrival and had brown shoe marks all over the sheets. Dried ketchup spray covered our curtains and wall, and the carpet was so old and dirty, than we were afraid to take off our shoes in the room. The staff, on the other hand, was excellent and did their best to correct, as much as possible, the obviously negligible management of the hotel.

We had booked a double room and once we were there, they annouced that we had been upgraded to a junior suite without any extra charge. It was great: the room was huge, the bathroom was very spacy. The building is quite old but the hotel and the room were very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is polite, always welcomes customers with a smile, and always ready to help (for example, we needed to keep our luggage in the reception for a couple of hours after we had checked out; they were very helpful, didn't have any objection, and didn't ask for any extra charge as it usually happens in other hotels.) We highly recommend this hotel to all visitors of the beautiful city of Toulouse.

The staff were most welcoming and helpful at all times.Location very central. Coffee machine in room not very satisfactory-rather old. General air a little bit tired . Could do with new carpeting and a coat of paint. However I would return. Good value

The hotel is well located right next to the airport bus stop and an easy walk to the main squares and restuarants etc. The rooms are very clean and quiet and the executive room that we booked had a fantastic shower & an expresso machine. Stff are friendly and helpful & overall I would recommend to others.

Hotel reception and actual bedroom were very nice, but the communal areas such as the corridors and hallways leading to the rooms were shabby and in need of decoration and carpeting. Location, welcome from staff and room facilities were excellent.

Extremely welcoming - would certainly return to this central hotel - and "Le Brunch" is very worthwhile taking time over.

Hotel is ok but if you are a non-smoker avoid heavily smoked-in rooms. I had to change my room after one night because of tobacco smell. Breakfast is a good value and not too crowded.
