the breakfast was appaling :I paid 8 euros and was told"this you croissant ,no bread I am afraid" I demanded bread so they bked some which meant I had to wait for 40minutes!! the notice in the bedroom said;To use the phone dial 0 in front of your number.I was desperate to get in touch with someone before 9.30.I tried umpteen times and foud it was engaged.I went down to the reception ..where they informed me that they had to connect me!! I was unable to reach my contact till 11.30 >it spoiled my day and my friends' day.I spent the whole morning in my bedroom, waitinf for a phone call ,since I had been unable to reach the person I needed before he left home and he did not retrun till 11.30 nobody offered to carry my case up the rickety staircase to the first floor. all in all,I would not go back

H. California is nice, cheap, in a populous place (the wonderfull Bordeaux's train station). staff is nice too. I think I will come back there.

There was a space at the bottom of the door. So, all noises from the stairs and the floor could be heard in the room. Restaurants and parking just below the room's window. It was quite noisy until 1 a.m. Good location in 1 minute from the train station. However with such good trams it is possible to live in the center of the city because it takes 5 minutes to get to the city center by tram. Hair drier can be taken at the reception.

The reason for choosing this hotel is that it was straight opposite the railway station. If you have to leave the following morning early, this is your choice because even with heavy suitcases, it is a 3 minutes walk to the easily accessible station entrance. No busy road in between.

The hotel is not suitable for family. There were a lot of movement into the hotel during the night, people probably making the hotel as a sex program stay. The room was dirty, inclusive the blankets that were not cleaned and had marks of being "used". Very bad feelling of having my family hosted there.

Super near the rail station and convenient, it just cross the road to the station! The room is very clean and cosy by 71euro price. But on the other side, the room is quite noisy especially at weekend since the building is at the above of those restaurants, pub and very near the main streets. The window should improve for the sound proof. Actually there has no luggage room as the staff just told us to put it aside and not in a room as stated in the web. Not much Staff can speak good in english, some of them used the online tranlator to communicate with customers. No elevator can be used if u are having huge luggage.

It was very convenient because it was across the street from the train station and close to many small cafes and restaurants. It is also close to the tram which takes you straight to the beautiful downtown area. A plus was that they provided a fan.

The hotel is a friendly, family run hotel in an area of town not recommended for travellers with young children. On the whole the service was excellent however the breakfast was very, very basic without the facility to even make toast!! Although the published price stated B & B when we came to book out we were asked for money for the breakfasts. This was sorted out amicably with the lady owner who was both pleasant and friendly.

Although ne side street still has a few sex shops the overall area is clean and secure. As long as the weather allows closed windows it is surprisinly quiet especially at night. The food was good at the Cal2 and locally. Access to transportation is perfect including rental car locations. The cleanliness was impressive and the staff was 'above and beyond'. We thoroughly enjoyed our stat.

This hotel was directly at the train station! The red-light district that you would expect at the train station area was also present!!! No the best location - though probably handy if travelling by train. Room was poor and couldn't sleep at night due to the heat and lack of air conditioning! For half the price this still would have been too expensive!

Opposite St Jean Railway Station. Excellent location. Trams right outside and lots of restaurants. Very good value.

Incompetent personnel. Upon our arrival they did not find the reservation, later reported NO-SHOW although we payed on the spot. Where did that money go??? I am afraid they will collect the money from my credit card...

I was confused to find the hotel firstly. It seems wrong the map of "location" of your home page. But it located really good place. I enjoyed to stay the hotel.

Une salle de bain propre et rénovée.... très près de la gare mais un peu loin du centre-ville... Cependant, il existe un bon réseau ferroviaire urbain.
