Renovations not complete in rooms being rented out - tiles missing, light fittings not attached no plugs in bathroom no blanket on bed clearly insufficient breakfast set up so did not order it
Staff trying to cope but clearly operating under a lot of strain
Refurbishment not well thought through - curtains prevented the windows from being closed properly once opened, new basin installed at a very obvious slant from horizontal!
Otherwise it was clean and should have been adequate but too many details wrong with both rooms that is was not just "bad luck"
