At the first floor, entrance hall/ dining- room with large windows, looking over the garden and towards Siena, a large living-room with double convertible sofa. Three bedrooms: 1 with a single bed, 1 with twin bed and 1 double bedroom. Kitchen with washing-machine and dish-washing-machine, 2 bathrooms, one with shower one with tub . A reserved bower for guests privacy.

Entrance down steps into living/dining room (with one double convertible sofa) with fireplace, exposed beams, steps to small private terrace. A large gallery bedroom with double bed overlooks the living room. Steps to bathroom/WC and utility room with washing-machine. Down steps to modern kitchen, with splendid view of the hills from the windows. Not suitable for small children or elderly people.

We had an incredible time. Lisa is WONDERFUL!!!! The view is breathtaking! Close to everything yet in the middle of nowhere, perfect! It was cold and rainy but beautiful, we didn't care we built a fire and enjoyed it. We are already planning to go back. We fell in love with EVERYTHING!!!! The house, Lisa, the animals, the view, Italy, everything exceeded our wildest dreams and went far above our expectations.

Fantastic place, friendly and welcoming staff great facilities. Our 2 year old son loved the animals! Great location to explore Tuscany - everywhere is less than an hour away by car.
Loved it and couldn't recommend it highly enough!

It's a very nice place to stay for a quiet holiday in Tuscan. It's closest to Siena town but you must go there with your own car. I think it's a very good place for kids and for groups even during the winter season.

We LOVED staying at the farm! The surroundings are so amazingly beautiful! Lisa is so sweet , friendly, and welcoming. The animals are really fun to have around and the gardens are beautiful! We will definitely return soon. This was the best part of our trip in Italy, by far!

We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Excellent view in and outside. The whole facility was very pleasant and we were practically free to move around everywhere. My 8 year-old son especially enjoyed seeing and patting the animals in the farm. We are already planning to go back to stay for a week on our next trip!
