The property lies in a woody complex, a refuge for numerous wild animals.

With some luck, one can encounter hares, pheasants, wild-boars, roe-bucks, badgers, bald-coots, or wild ducks, that go to water in the lake of the establishment.

It is in the centre of an ideal triangle, where the vertexes are Volterra, San Gimignano and Colle Val d'Elsa.

Sassi Bianchi is an Agriturismo located a few kilometers from San Gimignano, Siena, and Volterra. Paolo and Concetta, the owners, met us in San Gimignano and took us to the property where they grow organiz grapes for the table and for wine. The views are astonishing as the property sits high on a ridge overlooking the Tuscan hills. It is very quiet and peaceful there. During our stay it was cool enough to require the gas heater for comfort (cost = 3.5 Euros per cubic meter!!) so we did not use the swimming pool although it appeared to be a very nice pool. Out stay was quite enjoyable. We would certainly go again.

it's a very good place, the room was bigger than i was thinking looking the photos on internet. I stayed there for only two days, but i want to return as soon possible....

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
