The farm has 8 non-smoking rooms, each with separate entrance and patio. The rooms are tastefully decorated with the owners’ personal antiques. Each room is fully equipped with TV, mini bar, telephone, heating, and a modern bathroom (in quadruple ensuite there is not bidet). The patios are fully furnished so that guests may relax outside in privacy.
There is not the air conditioning in the rooms, because, in the summer at sunset, the “Aguglia” climate is always dry and fresh.

Aguglia is located near Palazzolo. Agulgia was one of 6 stops during our journey in Sicily and definitely the most special one. Our host, Daniela, was themost friendly, warm,welcoming and informative person we have met in Sicily. Neverthess, keep in mind that Aguglia is at least 45 minutes by car away from any beach and that driving to any destination always takes its time due to the altitudes. Aguglias location is the perfect starting point for sightseeing in Noto, Palazzolo, Pantalica, Syracus, Ragusa...all these destinations are really worth visiting when you travel to Sicily. Most rooms at Agulgia are spacious and furnished in a modern and romantic country-style. Daniela gives all the information you need and own products (such as olive soap) are sold. In the hot summer months it is defintely less hot than Syracusa. If you want you can do a motor boat trip with Silvana and Giovanni along the Sicilian coast.
