The farmhome consists of a beautiful main building, a typical Tuscan country house, and a separate Leopoldina (typical Tuscan house with small tower), all recently renovated, surrounded by luxuriant landscapes, pine trees and vineyards.

The Il Tino and Il Fiasco apartments, each accommodating up to 6 persons, are located in a typical Tuscan country house adjacent to the main villa and consist of an ample living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms with shower.

The second country house, located in a secluded position next to the vineyard, offers 4 apartments, L'Acino, Il Raspo, Il Viticcio and Il Pampino, each sleeping up to 3 persons and featuring a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The ground floor apartments (L'Acino and Il Raspo) are perfect for families with children or pets, while the first floor apartments (Il Viticcio and Il Pampino) offer beautiful panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From Florence or Siena, travelling on the A1 highway, take the Valdichiana exit. If you arrive from the Siena-Bettolle ring-road, take the Bettolle exit and follow the indications to Montepulciano (via Nottola). After about 7.4 miles/12 km, you will find the crossroad to Nottola. Turn left toward Chiusi. After about 1.8 miles/3 km you will reach Acquaviva. Go through the town, a first level crossing, the small village of Salcheto and a second level crossing. On the left, on top of a hill, you will see some yellow houses: you have arrived at the Poggio Tocco Farm Home.

From Rome, travelling on the A1 highway, take the Chiusi-Chianciano Terme exit. Follow along towards Chiusi and after about 1.5 miles/2.5 km, turn left in the direction of Acquaviva. Go past Montallese and continue straight ahead until you reach the small town of Tre Berte. Go through the town, on the right you will see tall pine trees and some yellow houses: you have arrived at the Poggio Tocco Farm Home.
