| The B&B lies in a beautiful and protected position called Conca d'Africa. It lies in a small microclimate, guaranteeing sun and high temperatures even in the middle of the winter.
The location is also ideal - between the Italian and the French riviera, 2 km from the Villa Hanbury botanical garden and 12 km from Monte Carlo and Sanremo. |

The B&B features 3 rooms called Etnica (the duplex suite for 2-5 people), Romantica and Lorenzina, all thoroughly clean, neatly decorated and appointed with modern amenities, incorporated in an ancient structure.
The rooms differ from each other, but are all soundproof and equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, heating and satellite TV.
Furthermore guests always find in their room freshly cut flowers, mineral water and Provence soap and bath foam.

The special hospitability Pierre and his staff offered made our stay very special. In rare places one can meet this kind of personal welcoming and caring. The breakfast is really something. The cooking is marvellous.

Breakfast consists of freshly squeezed orange juice, yoghurt, fruit salad, crème caramel, coffee, hot drinks, 12 different kinds of jam and honey (many prepared with organically grown fruit from the area), buns, fruit cakes, olive and rosemary focaccia, sun-dried tomatoes, Ligurian vegetable pie, farinata di ceci bread and many other specialties.
