Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

A 30% of the total amount must be paid in earnest on booking time * The balance must be settled on the day of arrival * There is no refund of the 30% amount paid in earnest in case of booking cancellation 15 days prior the arrival.


CANCELLATION POLICY
You miss the deposit if you cancel the reservation in the last 15 days. But only from 15/07 to 31/08.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
