HOTEL OVERVIEW

Bed & Breakfast Susanna Rome - Venere.com reception The B&B "Susanna" is in a central zone of the city, at 100 mt to Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano and to 50 mt to subway "A" full stop "San Giovanni". On Via Rimini passed urban bus that in few minutes take in the heart of Rome (Via del Corso, Piazza Venezia, Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, etc...). The B&B, situated to the 3° floor with elevator, previews 2 rooms are avalaible for 2 or three places like your exigences. All the structure are new and one of the room have a private bathroom. The breakfast is italian. Service, clean places, courtesy and honesty are the quality that you can found here at the right prices!

We arrived in the afternoon. But our room was not ready because it is always necessary to announce the arrival time also if you arrive to “normal” hours. As we didn’t know that we had to wait one our for our room. But the mistress was very nice.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From the GRA take "Tangenziale Est" direction "S.Giovanni - centro". From tangential exit we are at 400mt.


By train
From Termini Station: take underground line A, step off "S.Giovanni".
From Tiburtina Station. Take underground line B, step off "Termini", change the underground and take line A.

By airplane
From Fiumicino: train "Leonardo Express" to Roma Termini with frequency every 30 minutes.
From Ciampino: bus "Cotral" to Station Anagnina with frequency every 45 min.

By public transportation
Our B&B, in a central of Rome, is connected with the other side of the city by bus and underground.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

Check-in: from 12 a.m. until h. 11,30 p.m. communicating however the arrival timeble. After midnight is prewied a supplement of 30€.
Check-out: The rooms will be let within h. 10,30 a.m.
