We stayed for 4 nights. Great location, great facilities for the price. 10 minutes walk to the Termini Station, plenty of shops right beside the square. 20 minutes walk to the main atractions although i would suggest doing the tour bus early on your trip, lets you see exactly where everything is, and most of them do a hop on-hop off service. Rooms were a good size, and very clean. The shared bathrooms didn't bother us at all, we didn't have to fight over them at all. Overall a great place, would recomend it to anyone.

A nice big room, in a nice apartment. But if I had known Rome better I would have chosen a different area of the city to stay in. No fault of the hotel though. It seemed a little pricey for shared bathrooms, but the use of the kitchen was nice.

We stayed there for 3 days for a short holiday trip. We enjoyed our stay and it is a good option for budget travellers.

Helpful and welcoming staff, who showed us to the nearby tourist attractions and helped us arrange additional accomodation. Tip: you shouldn't miss the local indoor market, which is held every morning, only a block away!!

Although we booked this property six months in advance, a few weeks before our stay they tried to increase their rates. I would not book this property again, as I do not trust their pricing. Having said that with Venere's intervention they did honour the original confirmed price but we could have done without this last minute hassle

It is not very easy to find the hotel's nameplate, but the room is very clean. The breakfast is rich. I love rome.

Rooms were big and nicely decorated. No complaints about it. One of the toilets with no light for a couple of nights (the one with no window, so we couldn't use it) the girl working there a bit serious, not very 'italian' or my idea of italian people. But nice girl anyway. The B&B was in the middle of 'China town', big surprise! close to the train station (10 min aprox) Nice place but i wee bit overprice in my opinion.

breakfast was very poor, just cookies and coffee, there was cereals as well but just one day, after that when they were finished nobody replaced them even though we told them

The only problem that we found was that the walls are not too thick and we could hear what was going on in the room next to ours. Also the doors of the other rooms are very noisy and we heard when someone was going out of their bedroom. The rest was OK.

I liked the way an effort was made to make the decor look fresh and modern even though it was an old building. It felt like you could live there. I would recommend staying here as it is very close to everything, however if you have a room facing the street it is noisey so do bring earplugs. The staff could have been more friendly.

Apart from noisy neighbours the last 3 nights (we stayed for 5 nights) we had a very pleasant stay in Rome and Micasatucasa. The room was nice and clean, just like the bathrooms. Unfortunatly the rooms are very noisy and earplugs are a good thing to bring with you. The welcoming was oke. We arrived at the time we expected and so are host was present.

squallido, deprimente, triste, sembra rimasto agli anni '60. Camera bruttissima e sporca. Servizio pessimo e personale per niente qualificato e preparato. Colazione inesistente. Lo sconsiglio a TUTTI!

We stayed 4 nights in mi casa su casa.We were very confiedent with the rooms ,beds and public areas, all was very clean and friendly. It was just quiet noisy during the night because of the traffic and for breakfast we would have prefered real bread instead of bisquits. We would come back next time.Ingrid

There was a huge misunderstanding as to when I was arriving and since the owners don't live at the property there was no one to let me drop off my luggage for almost 3 hours. Huge Hassle since it is a very busy commericial area- I actually thought I was in CHINA and not Rome.

The breakfast was litterally in one tiny basket, which was shared by all of the guests. The one public area was full of smoke...but not from guests; rather it was smoke from friends of employees that would just come and hang out at the hotel.

A very mixed bag, this one. You get a clean & reasonably priced room with pleasant IKEA-style furnishings, shared bath & access to a kitchen; so far so good. The mattress wasn't great, but was acceptable for two nights. Breakfast was strictly self-service & included some fruit which had seen much better days. The neighborhood is grim, even for a visiting New Yorker, but it's very close to a Metro stop & not a long walk to okay areas or the Colisseum. The detailed transit map posted on the kitchen wall was a nice touch. My big problem with MiCasaTuCasa was that the owner & staff are not on site. Because they hadn't made it clear in their first email that they are only there by appointment, I waited nervously with my bags on their shabby street & in the vestibule for 45 minutes before I found someone who'd call & ask where they were. (The lady was very nice once she arrived.) On departure, I wanted them to hold my suitcase, but they had no better solution than to tell me to leave it in the hallway--which was neither secure for my bag nor easy for me to retrieve, the worst of both worlds. So if you want a host on-site to talk to or help solve problems, don't stay here. (The cozy name meaning "My house is your house" is a major misnomer for this place!) If you just want clean & basic accommodations with access to a kitchen, & are not picky about the neighborhood, it's okay. It's a matter of taste. I did not like it.

The b&b had no clear signage out front, but was located exactly as described. The premises were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast included was more than satisfactory for my needs. The Metro and buses were located conveniently if I needed to use them, and I could easily walk from the train station. I would certainly stay here again should I return to Roma. Simona & Andrea were very kind and helpful.
