Average place as a B&B, usually a bit noisy with late arriving guests. Excellent view across to the mainland. If you are dependent on public transport to get around then please beware. The B&B is on the outskirts of Messina and busses are few and far between and pracically non existant over week ends. This then necessitates a very long hike from the tram terminus or the use of expensive taxi's, making the downtown and more expensive hotels a paying proposition. Similarly, restaurants within walking distance are non existant.

By car
From the A20 Palermo-Messina or A18 Catania-Messina motorways take the Messina Boccetta exit and follow signs to the B&B.
