The room was very basic and very small. Suitable only if you just need a bed for a night as I did. Breakfast was fine.

They were estremly positive to all our quetstions about going around in London. I travelled with my 11 year old son and my mother who has problems with walking. There were no lift in the house but she managed anyhow.

The preceding occupant was to be a large smoker and was to smoke in the room. Shower and toilet on the stage. Wash-hand basin in the bedroom. Copious English breakfast. Computer connected to Internet (high rate) at disposal in the living room (15 minutes per period). Pleasant reception and qualified service. Very close Hyde Park and Regent street to make shoping. Distant of 1,5 km to feet of Victoria Station. Manies restaurants in the area...

The price was reasonable for a London property. My only complaint was a 10 pound per night additional charge for my second child. When I booked with Venere I made it clear that there would be 2 adults and 2 children and was qouted 79 GBP per night for a triple with an extra bed. The Edward Lear demanded the extra 70 GBP for the week.

From Luton airport: take the Thameslink to King's Cross St.Pancras station. Then take the Piccadilly subway line to Oxford Circus and switch to the Central line and get off at the Marble Arch stop.
