Nice place, clean room, gorgeous bathroom (shared bath). The TV didn't work, no internet access on site, no telephones. The B&B was on a side street and our cab driver had some difficulty locating it. Not for anyone who cannot climb stairs as the room was on the 2nd floor and no elevator (private home).

This is not a Hotel but a B&B beside the railway with trains all the nights and planes landing to ciampino airport. I had to phone when I arrived in the afternoon as the house was closed with nobody there. They say it's 700 meter for airport, but on the other side of airport witch is about 5 KM. There is only one bathromm for the all house and the owner received friends at 2 oclock in the morning and cooks then tomatos spagueties witch smell in the all house. On the following morning when I ask a taxi he said that he had no phone and I had to lend him my GSM for him to call me a taxi. The restaurant he indicated us on the evening was awfull.

A familiar staying quite near to the city and the Ciampino Airport.
Te guys are really gentle and warm.We have really appreciated their sense of hospitality.
Rooms are clean and confortable.
The place is small but good.
The only problem was finding the direction because there are no signs: neither the road nor the B&B.
