It is situated in an area of significant historical and cultural interest, close to the city’s Baroque Centre , which has recently been added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage.
The B&B is inside a period building (Palazzo Auteri), which dates bach to the early 700s. Palazzo Auteri, located at the end of Via Crociferi, one of the most beautiful streets in the Baroque World, has recently been restored and returned to its former splendour.
The B&B is well-situated and it is possible to eplore the historical centre on foot, incorporating the archeological sites, the city’s most important streets, the cathedral, the theatre “teatro Massimo Bellini” and the beach. It is only 10minutes from the airport and also from the bus and train stations, where there aregood connections to Taormina (30minutes), Mount Etna, the “Parco zoo di Sicilia) and Sicily’s other important cities: Siracusa, Palermo, Agrigento, Trapani, Messina.
Home-prepared, organic food is served for breakfast, using local and tradizional products. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms have been furnished traditionally and a warm welcome is guaranteed from the owners Lorenza and Ugo.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
- Motorway A18 (ME-CT),you go to airport direction, exit at Catania centro-porto;
- Motorway A19 (PA-CT), exit at Catania centro-porto.
You will arrive at Piazza Borsellino (there is a MC Donald), you ask of Via Plebiscito, go at the 4th road on the right, Via Grimaldi, and you will arrive at Piazza Ursino Castle, in front of you there is Via S. Sebastiano, on the right Via Transito and on the right Via Auteri N° 26. You there are.

To/from the railway station take:
- local A.M.T. bus 431 or 628.
