Uncomfortable, old matress; bedclothes wornout and not ironed; uncleaned, old bathroom; web photos don't reflect reality, the place looks much nicer than it really is.

On one hand: clean but a bit dreary and noisy, unseemly, but functional.

The Gran Via is a great place to stay! With the metro in front of the door. The owner Andreu is also great. He gave us the best directions where to go. The bathroom is shared but did nog give us any problems. The only minor thing is the noise from the road, very loud but bring your earplugs with you and you won't hear a thing!! They want to change the windows but don't know when... Abslolutely a go, The Gran Via!

Das Haus ist für jeden Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen. Lage direkt an der U-Bahn und an der Bushaltestelle. Die Zentrale Lage hab aber auch ihren Preis, es führt eine 4-spurige Straße direkt am Haus vorbei, es ist dementsprechend laut. Barcelona hat die höchste Zulassungsrate für Motorräder... ich glaubs ;-)

Il ragazzo che lo gestisce è molto gentile e parla italiano. La stanza era un po' piccola, ma pulita. Vengono forniti gli asciugamani e il bagno, condiviso, era pulito. La metro Rocafort (linea rossa) è vicinissima ed è a tre fermate da Piazza di Spagna.

Iwas in Barcelona for 7 days and my vacacion there was perfect actually it was absolutely wonderful! And the trip was so excellent partly because of the hotel/Bed & Breakfast Granvia 470! The place was like home for us! We loved our room, the building, location, surroundings, the owner of the place and the elevator was absolutely cool! Envelope and coupons under our door was especially sweet! And thank you for your recommendations!
