From Lecce railway station, take the Ferrovie del Sud Est train to Alessano.

From the motorway to Bari, exit at Bari Nord. Proceed along the clearway up to Lecce, via either the SS 275 towards Maglie (56 km), or the SS 274 towards Lecce-Gallipoli-Maglie. In both cases, exit at Alessano.
