METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available from 2 p.m. Check-in is possible at any time after that.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than midday.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The complex has a free external parking area.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment details:
Deposit 20% of the total price, to pay till 5 days after
the booking was confirmed (by a bank transfer to our
agency bank account in Germany). Rest payment, untill 4
weeks before arrival.
After we receive the rest price, You will get the voucher
with all accommodation details, adresses and a way
description if needed.
Cancellation terms: prior to 45 days = 20%, prior to 35
days = 50%, prior to 1 day = 80%, no-show = 100%.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
