At first glance all seems fine. But. The shower did not work (freezing cold 95% and 5% scalding hot). The TV did not work. Batteries dead. The bathroom door handle was broken, so if you closed the door while the bathroom was empty, it was almost impossible to open it again. The kitchen was missing things like a vegetable peeler. No dish cloths. The table cloth was filthy. Glasses were chipped. Plates were clean on top but dirty underneath. The kitchen cupboards were new, but they hadn't bothered with the noise reduction little closing things, so everything slammed noisily. No washing machine. The apartment had such potential, old glass windows, old oak beams, but it was clearly unloved and purely a business proprosition for the owners. We will not return.

It was pretty much what and where we expected, however a number of small yet important things were problematic. For example, hot water to the shower was almost impossible, there was no bread knife or carving knife, no tea towel for drying dishes, not even a salf or pepper shaker, and a number of chipped glasses. The doors didn't close at all well and there wasn't even a door handle on the door to the kitchen. In addition, while we were there they were renovating the apartment next door and it was extremely noisey. If these issues could be rectified, then it would make much better value for money. However, as it was, we found the apartment lacking in a number of different areas and would not return.

Kindly welcomming og guidance by phone, nice appartment and close to a Vapporetto stop. Everything OK. The only minus was the air-conditioning, it´s was to small.
