Great rooms and everything is spotless. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Lift upto the 3rd floor. And kitchen well stocked with cutlery. The square the apartment overlooks can get a bit noisy, so keep earplugs closeby. And there are mosquitoes in Venice. So be prepared.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: guests are kindly asked to contact the management (Dimora Veneziana S.r.l., phone: 041-2411697; mobile: 335-246115; E-mail: info@dimoraveneziana.com) Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. within 4 days before arrival, in order to arrange an appointment.
The apartment is available between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. of the arrival day. At the agreed time, a hostess will wait (no more than 30 minutes) for guests at the nearest public water bus stop, Rialto (line 82), to provide them with the keys and any useful information.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.

Please note: later/earlier check-ins can be arranged subject to availability and for an extra fee: for arrivals between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: €30,00; for arrivals between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m.: €40,00; for arrivals from 1 a.m. until 7 a.m.: €70,00.
