I had the following concerns. First, we weren't supplied enough toilet paper. Second, the room seemed to be falling apart in the following areas; the towel rack next to the bathroom sink was broken and would not support the weight of a towel, the nozzle which turns on the shower would fall off when turned, and a piece of door frame in the hallway kept falling away from the wall. My final concern is that we thought we were to be taken via boat from the ACT office to our apartment for a fee of 35 Euros. Due to the canal race we had to walk with all our bags and two small children, and we were still charged the 35 Euros. The room was very clean and attractive, and met our need sufficiently, however we were disappointed by some aspects.
