By car
The property is easily reachable from Piazzale Roma or from Tronchetto, where guests can leave their cars. From Piazzale Roma, take the waterbus line 52 and line 42 and get off at the Fondamente stop.

By airplane
From the Fondamente stop, take the Alilaguna shuttle service leading you to the Marco Polo airport in about 1 hour and 10 minutes.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. Check-in is subject to a charge of €25,00, including the final cleaning. Later check-ins after 9.30 p.m. are subject to a charge of €40,00, including the final cleaning. The property's booking agency will contact you four days prior to your arrival in Venice to arrange your check-in. To simplify this operation, you are kindly asked to provide incoming flight/train details and a contact mobile phone number.
IMPORTANT: guests arriving on the 31st December must check in prior to 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
in case of late cancellation and non show will be charged the total ammount of reservation. We are not an hotel, so if you have some problem please contact us. At the arrival you must pay 25,00 Euros in cash for the final cleaning. If you arrive after 9:00 p.m. you will pay an extra of € 15,00 for the check-in, so the total amount will be € 40,00 If you arrive after midnight it is necessary to agree the meeting and the price with the agency.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
