    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property.     Check-in:     the apartment is available from 2 p.m. until 5.30 p.m. Please note that check-in must be carried out at the Sorrento Holidays office, situated in Sorrento in Corso Italia street no. 292.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.

    Weekly cleaning and change of linen are included in the price.
    Heating (8 hours per day) is included in the price.
     
    CANCELLATION POLICY
    40% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance on arrival day. Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty; less than 30 days prior to arrival: 90% penalty.
