Somebody committed a robbery at the room, using a key's copy in broad daylight, the only while that we came out ... the answer was that it was not its problem, that anyone can enter making out of a copy the key...They know that one cannot complain in these cases, which is why they did not show any interest, in spite of the fact that the cleaning lady was when they stole from us. Neither they asked her. We had to denounce you, but I will not get hold of that they give back the portable computer to me, with important work, neither pay suffered for damages the bothers. There is no security of no type. Is the price cheap, although for the Web of the hotel it is more expensive (?!). Not go unless you not carry valuable nothing and with protection, because anyone can come in to commit a robbery or to attack ( according to his own words ). ------------------------------------------ Alguien robó en la habitación, usando una copia de la llave a plena luz del día, el único rato que salimos!...la respuesta fue que no era su problema, que cualquiera puede entrar haciendo una copia de la llave...Saben que no se puede reclamar en estos casos, por lo que no mostraron ningún interés, a pesar de que la señora de la limpieza estuvo cuando nos robaron. Ni le preguntaron a ella. Tuvimos que denunciarlo, pero no conseguiré que me devuelvan el ordenador portátil, con trabajo importante, ni paguen daños sufridos por las molestias. No hay seguridad de ningún tipo. El precio es barato, aunque por la web del hotel es más caro (?!). No vayáis a no ser que no lleve nada de valor y con protección, pues cualquiera puede entrar a robar o a atacar (según sus propias palabras).

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From the Barcelona-El Prat airport, take the C-32B road and exit at El Prat de Llobregat and then take the exit B-22 Ronda de Dalt-Tarragona-Lleida-Girona, continue for Carretera A L'Aeroport/Carretera Al Aeropuerto towards B-22 Ronda de Dalt-Tarragona-Lleida-Girona and exit at B-20 Sitges-Tarragona. In the proximity of Barcelona take exit 30 Sitges centre, follow Rambla de Sitges and at the roundabout take the second exit towards C-211. Once in Sitges, take Passeig de Vilafranca then C-31/C-246A/Passeig de Vilanova and turn left into Carrer D'Europa. Turn left again into Carrer D'Espalter and left again into Calle San José/Carrer de Sant Josep and you will find Carrer D'Antoni Gaudí, where the property is located on your left.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available at any time after 4 p.m. Please note that check-in and check-out must be made in the reception of the Montserrat hotel.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Stay of pets is included in the price.
Use of the hotel's Internet Point is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In order for your reservation to be confirmed, 25% of your reservation will be charged to your credit card as a deposit. Any cancellation or change made in the 15 days previous to your expected date of arrival will be penalized with the loss of 100% of the deposit. The payment of the apartment will be made at the beginning of the stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
