The three apartments featured are the result of a clever restoration of an old warehouse standing next to an ancient noble palace, located along the ancient walls of Sinalunga in the vicinity of Fonte del Castagno, the most ancient source of the village, which was built in 1265.

Outside the property, guests will find a multilevel, panoramic garden, and a swimming pool. Facing the garden there is a lounge hosting up to 80 persons, suitable for every kind of events and ceremonies.

    Check-in:     the apartments are available at any time after 4 p.m.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10 a.m.

    INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
    Parking is included in the price.
    Baby cots are not included in the price and cost €5,00 per night.
    Pets are welcome by prior arrangement at a charge of €5,00 per night.
    Use of water, electricity, gas is included in the price.
    Bath towels and bed lined (weekly change) are included in the price.
    Heating is not included and costs €1,50 per cubic metre.
    Wood for fireplace is not included and costs €3,00 per basket (approximately 10 kg).
    Maid service (cleaning) is not included in the price and costs: €35,00 for the small apartment, €50,00 for the medium size one and €60,00 for the biggest flat. Prices are on a weekly basis but are valid also for shorter stays.
