Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. For arrivals later than 8 p.m. please be aware that the pick-up transfer service (charges apply)from the Sevilla Airport or the Santa Justa train station is necessary, so that keys can be provided when our office is closed. In any case, guests are kindly asked to provide an estimated time of arrival.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than noon.

We charge 50% of the total amount in advance in your credit card to confirm your reservation. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
