We enjoyed tremendously our visit. Nonetheless, it was no simply to find the property since the web page nor the confirmation emails we got mentioned anything regarding check-in at a near-by hotel. After an our of driving and asking around, we did not find the place and worst yet, nobody knew about the property. At 9:30 PM, when it started to rain and fearing we might have been victims of a scam, we decided to check-in in a hotel in Pancole. We started mentioned our story and then they told us that they were in charge of managing the property. After that everything went find.
Second, there are not extra sheets for the beds and when we asked the hotel to change them, they just made the beds. It would have been nice to have an extra set so one could have time to do the laundry (there is a washing machine but not dryer). For a more extended stay this would be very important to us.
We understood from the web page that heating was included in the price, but at check-in we were informed that this wasn't the case.
It would also be nice to have some cleaning products and kitchen towels.
The cable (international channels) did not work.
