The apartment is nice and the location is convenient -about a 7 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo and the metro.
After making the reservation, you are asked what time you will be arriving as someone will meet you at the apartment at the designated time. The apartment itself is well furnished and it is important to ask from the onset how to use the appliances (where the master switches are, etc) and whatever other questions you may have as you may not be able to contact the person's mobile phone at the time you need the information.
What would be helpful is a list and map of the nearby groceries, and recommended places to eat in the area, bus stops.
Bed linen and towels are provided, though toiletries are not - which is fine, but good to know ahead of time.
I would definitely stay here again as I am now familiar with the area - and it is a nice area.

It was a very good apartment in the central part of Rome about 20 minutes from the church of St Peters, and other places for tourists.
Around the apartment we find a Coop store and nice restaurants.
The stuff were very nice.
If we go back to Rome we will return to the apartment.

This place was close to 2 metro stations and there is parking available (if you're lucky) right outside the door. The bathroom is kind of shabby expecially the shower/bathtub, but other than that, it is a great, roomy place to stay.

We got a little bit confused because the address given at the webpage seems to be the address of the agency. So you don't really know where you will exactly stay at the end. We had a lot of luck and stayed in a wonderful place in Trastevere. Thanks to Mario.
