By car
From the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring-road, reachable by all main incoming highways, take the Magliana-Trastevere-Centro exit. Follow signs to Roma centro and then to Lungotevere Raffaello Sanzio.

By train
From Termini railway station, take bus line H and get off on Viale Trastevere.

By airplane
The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or local train service, stopping at the Trastevere station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from Anagnina underground station (line A). The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: an appointment must be made unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival.
For early morning arrivals, guests are advised to book the night before in order to guarantee the access to their apartment before 2 p.m. on the arrival day. For arrivals due outside of our normal business hours (9.30 a.m. - 6.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday), please be aware our pick-up transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided when our office is closed. Alternatively, a fee of €50,00 is requested to check in.
Check-out: must be made not later than 11.30 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. If done on holidays or outside normal business hours our drop-off service is necessary. Alternatively, a fee of €25,00 will be charged upon check-out.
However, we always try to be very flexible about check-in & check-out time, so please be so kind to contact us if you need early check-in or late check-out, we will be happy to help you according to our availabilities.
The full amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card upon arrival of the reservation in order to confirm your booking.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Round trip shuttle service to Fiumicino or Ciampino airport is not included. Prices available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
After reservation, deposit of 35% of the total amount that will be not refunded in any case. Loss of deposit if cancellation is more than 4 weeks before the day of the arrival. If cancellation is less than 4 weeks before arrival, then the full amount is requested to be paid, and only refunded (unless the part payment/deposit of 35%) if a “re-sale” is possible.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
