HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Rome ring road), exit Magliana-Trastevere-Centro. Follow the signs for centro (city centre) and Trastevere. Take then Viale Trastevere.

By train
From the Roma Termini train station, take bus line H and get off at viale Trastevere.

By airplane
The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, stopping at the Trastevere station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.

HOTEL POLICIES

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: an appointment must be made unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival.
For early morning arrivals, clients are advised to book the night before to guarantee the access to their apartment before 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. For arrivals outside the opening hours (9.30 a.m. - 6.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday), guests are invited to avail of our pick-up service to be sure that keys are provided even if our office is closed. Alternatively, a fee of €50,00 is requested upon check-in.
Check-out: the apartment must be vacated not later than 11.30 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. If it is done on bank holidays or outside the opening hours, guests will avail of our transfer service. Alternatively, a fee of €25,00 will be charged upon check-out.
However, we always try to be very flexible about check-in & check-out time, so please be so kind to contact us if you need early check-in or late check-out, we will be happy to help you according to our availabilities.
The full amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card upon receiving the reservation in order to confirm your booking.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The round trip service to the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports is not included. Rates available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
After reservation, deposit of 35% of the total amount that will be not refunded in any case. Loss of deposit if cancellation is more than 4 weeks before the day of the arrival. If cancellation is less than 4 weeks before arrival, then the full amount is requested to be paid, and only refunded (unless the part payment/deposit of 35%) if a “re-sale” is possible.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
