HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
The apartment is easily reachable from any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring road, connected to the main incoming highways, following the indications to Roma centro. It is forbidden to drive through the area where the apartment is located, it is then advisable to park your car along the Lungotevere riverside and reach the property by taxi or by one of the several bus lines available. For example, bus line 64 runs from Termini train station to St. Peter's Square.

By train
From the Termini train station, take the bus line 64, and get off at Corso Vittorio Emanule, at the last stop of this street.

By airplane
The Roma-Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Termini station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: an appointment must be made unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival.
For early morning arrivals, clients are advised to book the night before to guarantee the access to their apartment before 2 p.m. on the arrival day. For arrivals due outside of our normal business hours (9.30 a.m. - 6.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday), please be aware our pick-up transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided when our office is closed. Alternatively, a fee of €50,00 is requested to check in.
Check-out: must be made not later than 11.30 a.m. on departure day, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. If done on bank holidays or outside the normal business hours our drop–off service is required. Alternatively, a fee of €25,00 will be charged upon check-out.
However, we always try to be very flexible about check-in & check-out time, so please be so kind to contact us if you need early check-in or late check-out, we will be happy to help you according to our availabilities.
The full amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Round trip service to the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports is not included. Price is available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
After reservation, deposit of 35% of the total amount that will be not refunded in any case. Loss of deposit if cancellation is more than 4 weeks before the day of the arrival. If cancellation is less than 4 weeks before arrival, then the full amount is requested to be paid, and only refunded (unless the part payment/deposit of 35%) if a “re-sale” is possible.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
