Apartment Colosseo Rome - Venere.com apartment - exterior The apartment Colosseo is excellently situated in the heart of Rome, on Piazza Colosseo, in front of the Colosseum, the symbol of the ancient and the Christian Rome. This is a very privileged location since all the major monuments and tourist attractions are easily reached by walk or by taking one of the many nearby transportation options.

The famous archaelogical sites of Fori Imperiali or Circo Massimo, the patriarcal Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the countless extraordinary churches, monuments and museums around Piazza Venezia can be easily reached by walk. The area is full of cafés, restaurants, wine bar, shops and mini market.

The apartment, located on the third floor of a late 19th century building (no elevator) will allow you to experience the romantic atmosphere of Rome, one of the most beautiful city in the world.

We had a great time at this "hotel". Its just like borrowing someone's apartment. The kitchen saved us a ton of money as there is a couple of grocery stores right around it. The location is fantastic. Its a five minute walk to the Colosseo metro stop B and that gets you everywhere. We would stay there again in a heart beat. Only downside is the four flights of stairs. They get to be very long after a long day of walking. Also, its kind of confusing to find the first time. I printed out a picture of the building and it was a life saver.

Da wir zu dritt waren genossen wir den Luxus von 3 Schlafraeumen. Das Appartment ist wirklich sehr geraeumig und liegt sehr zentral direkt am Colosseo. Wir wuerden jederzeit wiederkommen! Es ist etwas laut durch Strassenlaerm, aber das ist ROM!

We got a very good welcome from the owner and the apartment was very spacious and had a great location with the Colosseum outside the door. Just a few minutes walk to the underground station. The house was quiet, but there are some noice from traffic outside. The apartment are in two levels with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and livingroom. It's a bit too big for a couple, but it would be perfect for a family or a group.

Sarrebbe meglio indicare che si tratta di 3° piano MOLTO ALTO SENZA ascensore, con le stanze poste in soppalchi con scala a chiocciola.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
The apartment is easily reachable from any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, following the indications for the city centre.

By train
From the Termini railway station take the underground line B, direction Laurentino and get off at Colosseo stop.

By airplane
The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Termini station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.

It is possible to park in the nearby private garage. The cost is around €25,00 per day. The price may vary.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available from 4 p.m. until midnight. It is necessary to communicate the arrival time in advance.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Shuttle service to the airports or Termini railway station is not included. Price available on request.
Final cleaning is not included in the price; a fee of €60,00 is to be paid directly to the property.
The apartment can accomodate up to 6 people. The price is unchanged until the third person. From the fourth person to the sixth person, each extra bed incurs an extra charge of €25,00 per night.
