The apartment Boschetto that can accommodate from two until four people, is composed by a small entrance with a sofa-bed, a large double room facing a private courtyard (25 sqm.), a bathroom with shower and hairdryer and a living room with sofa-bed for 2 people and cooking area.
The apartment Boschetto, located on the ground floor, is a very quiet apartment, equipped with independent heating, colour TV, microwave, toaster and ironing facilities.

The apartment is actually quite well located for access to metro, restaurants and shopping. We were quite happy with the quiet atmosphere. Our objection is the amount of mold in the terrace and bathroom which permeated as a smell throughout the apartment.
For our stay in July when it was hot and humid, the apartment was most welcoming and cool. We recommend that either screens be put in to reduce the amount of mosquitos and bugs or else supplies made available to reduce bug and mosquito populations. Otherwise, Thank you.

A good property. Initially we found it to be very damp, however the manager sorted the problem promptly by putting on the central heating to air the place out. The second night it was much better. He did offer a refund if we didnt want to stay on but the problem was solved.
Great location and a friendly manager who was on call should he be needed.

The apartment was really dark and wet, that had made it impossible to stay for more than three or four nights. Except for those everything else; Welcoming, services, facilities, location were perfect.

Nice flat, very central, quiet and well kept.
Quite humid though, ideal in the summer when surely offering a fresh retreat, not really recommendable in the winter or in the spring when it rains a lot.
