Apartment Pez Azul - Puerto de la Cruz

As we have stayed at Pez Azul several times and don´t need anyting special not even the sunbeds. We do like to swim in the nice and clean pool and walk in the surroundings. But the noise some of the guests make when coming late ,not undestanding to be guiet in the corridor is irritating.

Everything was great except the night clerk. On the day of our departure, he called for the cab at the wrong hour (4:30A vs. 5:30A), kept requesting we return a form we never filled out (used to obtain TV remote) and was generally rude. The day clerk was a delightful woman who was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

Most people at Pez Azul were German, Dutch or Spanish. No english speakers when we were there. The apartment was small but adequate. It was a very clean place and the staff were as helpful as language difficulties allowed.

we were first time visitors, to tenerife and we would recommend these apartments, especially if you get rooms facing mount teide ie good for afternoon sun on balcony and views of volcano. At under 30 pounds for two people per night over christmas and new year in clean, spacious accomodation this was a pretty good bargain.

This is my second stay at the Pez Azul and I have found it to be a very comfortable accommodation whilst on holiday. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend the Pez Azul. Fantastic value.

L'appartement studio paraissait plus grand sur la photo. C'est le seul bémol. Personnel très aimable, entretien très bon et île superbe. Nos deux coups de coeur : le Loro Parque et la playa jardin.

We have been there on February. However we believe that on summer there will be a major problem with heat since the hotel has no air-condition facilities.
