From Gare de Lyon train station: take underground line 1, 7 or 14, until Châtelet Les Halles. Then take line 4, direction Porte de Clignacourt, and get off at Etienne Marcel.

From Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est train stations: take underground line 4, direction Porte d'Orléans, and get off at Etienne Marcel.

From Paris Roissy/Charles de Gaulle International Airport: take RER B (local train service), direction Saint-Rémy Les Chevreuses, until Gare du Nord. Then take line 4, direction Porte d'Orléans, and get off at Etienne Marcel.

From Paris Orly International Airport : take Orlyval shuttle service to Antony station. Take RER B (local train service), direction Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 TGV, until Châtelet Les Halles. Then take line 4, direction Porte de Clignacourt, and get off at Etienne Marcel.

Parisian Home can arrange a shuttle service for you upon your arrival (from the airport to the apartment) and for your departure (from the apartment to the airport). The driver will pick you up at the airport and will remain there should your plane be delayed. Before picking up your luggage, you will need to phone the following free toll number 0800 77 61 63 (Warning: you must dial this number from a French phone). He will drive you to the apartment and give you your keys. Please contact Parisian Home directly and so that they can book this service for you.

HOTEL POLICIES

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: The apartment keys will be at your disposal at our office from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m., Monday to Friday on the day of your arrival. If Parisian Home books the shuttle for you from the airport to the apartment, the driver will give you the keys. If there is a departure from the apartment the day of your arrival, you will be able to leave your luggage in the apartment from 10 a.m., but arrival in the apartment begins at 3 p.m (after the cleaning is done). Early check-in is possible if the apartment is ready. For weekend arrivals and bank holidays, please contact Parisian Home for further information
Check-out: on weekdays, it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10 a.m. You must call the agency two days before your departure to inform us of the hour of your check out. Otherwise,the check-out will be at 10 a.m. If you leave the apartment on weekend or bank holiday, you will be instructed where to leave the keys.

The initial prepaid phone card is offered free of charge.
The package including towels and bed linen is included in the price.
Extra linen and towels are not included and cost €37,00.
The bottle of white wine available on your arrival is offered free of charge.
Use of electricity is not included in the price.
Shuttle service is not included in the price and costs from €38,00 to €47,00 for 1 person, from €44,00 to €54,00 for 2 persons (+ €18,00 or €23,00 for additional person).
Cleaning service must be booked 3 days in advance and costs €22,86 per hour.
Use of the Internet access and modem are available upon advanced request and at an extra charge. Rates available on request.
Baby cots are not included and cost €61,00 per stay.
Additional cable channels are not included. Rates available on request.
Catering service is not included. Rates available on request.
Bottle of Champagne costs €48,00 and bottle of wine costs €36,00.
Bunch of flowers costs €30,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At the moment of the reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card. In case of no-show or late cancellation, 50% will not be refunded. 2 weeks before arrival, customer will pay directly to the agency, the 50% remaining and guarantee for any damage caused to the apartment.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
