| A public parking area is available in the surroundings of the apartment. Parisian Home can arrange a shuttle service upon your arrival (from the airport to the apartment) and for your departure (from the apartment to the airport). Before picking up your luggage, you will need to phone the following free toll number 0800 77 61 63 (Warning: you must dial this number from a French phone). He will drive you to the apartment and give you your keys. Please contact Parisian Home directly to book this service. |
| METHODS OF PAYMENT Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate. | |
| CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: apartment keys must be collected from our office between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on the day of arrival (Monday to Friday only). For weekend arrivals and bank holidays, please contact Parisian Home for further information. Guests arriving via our airport pick-up service will receive their keys from our driver. Standard check-in time is 3 p.m., however early check-in is possible if the apartment is vacant. Should the apartment be vacant but unserviced upon your arrival, it will be possible to drop off your luggage from 10 a.m. Check-out: on weekdays, apartments must be vacated prior to noon. It is necessary to contact the agency two days prior to your departure to advise an estimated check-out time. Otherwise,the check-out will be at 10 a.m. If you leave the apartment on weekend or bank holiday, you will be instructed where to leave the keys. | |
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE The first prepaid phone card is offered free of charge. The package including towels and bed linen is included in the price. Extra linen and towels are not included and cost €37,00. The bottle of white wine upon arrival is offered free of charge. Use of electricity is not included in the price. Shuttle service is not included in the price and costs from €38,00 to €47,00 for 1 person, from €44,00 to €54,00 for 2 persons (+ €18,00 or €23,00 for any additional person). Cleaning service must be booked 3 days in advance and costs €22,86 per hour. Baby cots are not included and cost €61,00 per stay. The bottle of Champagne costs €48,00 and bottle of wine costs €36,00. A bunch of flowers costs €30,00. | |

| At the moment of the reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card. In case of no-show or late cancellation, 50% will not be refunded. 2 weeks before arrival, customer will pay directly to the agency, the 50% remaining and guarantee for any damage caused to the apartment. | |
