HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By underground
The nearest stations are: Sentier (line 3), Réaumur-Sébastopol (line 3 and 4) and Etienne Marcel (line 4), Châtelet underground is also easily reachable.

By train
From Saint-Lazare station, take the line 3 towards Gallieni and get off at Sentier station. From rue Réaumur turn right onto rue des Petits Carreaux then turn left onto the hotel's street, rue Greneta.

By airplane
From Paris Charles de Gaulle or Orly International Airports, take the RER B and get off at Les Halles station. Then take the underground line 4 towards Porte de Clignancourt and get off at Réaumur-Sébastopol station. From Boulevard Sébastopol, take rue Réaumur and go straight ahead until you reach rue Greneta.

He will drive you to the apartment and give you your keys. Please contact Parisian Home directly to book this service.

HOTEL POLICIES

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: apartment keys must be collected from our office between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on the day of arrival (Monday to Friday only). For weekend arrivals and bank holidays, please contact Parisian Home for further information. Guests arriving via our airport pick-up service will receive their keys from our driver. Standard check-in time is 3 p.m., however early check-in is possible if the apartment is vacant. Should the apartment be vacant but unserviced upon your arrival, it will be possible to drop off your luggage from 10 a.m.
Check-out: on weekdays, apartments must be vacated prior to noon. It is necessary to contact the agency two days prior to your departure to advise an estimated check-out time. Otherwise,the check-out will be at 10 a.m. If you leave the apartment on weekend or bank holiday, you will be instructed where to leave the keys.

The first prepaid phone card is offered free of charge.
The package including towels and bed linen is included in the price.
Extra linen and towels are not included and cost €37,00.
The bottle of white wine available upon arrival is offered free of charge.
Use of electricity is not included in the price.
Shuttle service is not included in the price and costs from €38,00 to €47,00 for 1 person, from €44,00 to €54,00 for 2 persons (+ €18,00 or €23,00 for any additional person).
Cleaning service must be booked 3 days in advance and costs €22,86 per hour.
Use of the Internet access and modem are available upon advanced request at an extra charge. Rates available on request.
Baby cots are not included and cost €61,00 for the whole stay.
Additional cable channels are not included. Rates available on request.
Catering service is not included. Rates available on request.
Bottle of Champagne costs €48,00 and the bottle of wine costs €36,00.
The bunch of flowers costs €30,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At the moment of the reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card. In case of no-show or late cancellation, 50% will not be refunded. 2 weeks before arrival, customer will pay directly to the agency, the 50% remaining and guarantee for any damage caused to the apartment.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
