La posizione e la tipologia della stanza sono perfette, peccato che gli spazi siano sotto il minimo vitale e che l'umidità impedisca la permanenza nei locali e renda difficile anche la preparazione di una colazione. Il frigorifero non riesce a contenere nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua. Peccato, perchè Napoli è una città meravigliosa, interessante, affascinante e straordinariamente unica. Ogni pietra è da osservare, ogni suono o rumore, da ascoltare. Una città piena di contraddizioni e quindi necessita di una attenzione particolare. Bisogna tornarci più volte per poter pensare di cominciare a capirla..Sicuramente e presto ci torneremo ma non con questa sistemazione.

Price / quality relation is not good. The atmosphere is OK but the qualification palazo is too much honour, the facilities like shower, kitchen, furniture are poor. From time to time noisy. At the other side...the street and surroundings are among the best Napoli has to offer, typical small street with a lot of scooters, laundry etc, important sites on walking distance.

Accueil ponctuel et sympathique. Réponse rapide by email.Bien situé à 3 minutes à pied du bas du funiculaire de la via Toledo. Calme dans un quartier animé. C'est très sombre, tout petit, sur 3 étages, assez humide. Les fenêtres donnent sur une cour encastrée. Bien juste pour dormir, pas pour prendre ses repas même le petit déjeuner. Ce n'est pas pratique de monter vaisselle et plats au 1er étage. Il y a 2 plaques de cuisson, mais pas de bouilloire, ni de casseroles, des poeles très vieilles. Il faut payer en espèces (Attention car on ne peut tirer que 250 euros par semaine par carte bleue visa normale française en Italie) et ajouter 15 euros pour le nettoyage final. Reception very punctual and cordial. Very fast response by email. Well located at 3 minutes by foot (some lanes above) of the bottom of the funicular of via Toledo. Calm whereas the district is animated. It is very dark, very small, on 3 stages, rather wet. The windows give on an embedded court. OK just for sleeping, not for prepare and have meal. It is not easy to go upstairs with food and drink. There are 2 hotplates, but no kettle, nor pans, the stoves very old. You have to pay in cash, and pay 15euros more for cleaning.

I did'nt like to give my visa card number for the total amount , then had to send half amount by post ... But we enjoy very much, your help : a table and something for boiling water missed to make our comfort perfect.
