reception The Castle of Fezzana, is a castle located pertaining to Medici family on the beautiful hills surrounding Florence, where you can enjoy a 360° wonderful Castles and Towers. The Castle of Fezzana is a well-preserved and restored 13th century castle.

It lies only 20 minutes from Florence and 30/60 minutes from Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Livorno, Viareggio, Lucca, Pistoia and seaside. The swimming pool (10x20) with Jacuzzi and solarium is located in a wonderful corner of the Castle with a unique view and its open from May to September from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.

In the large rooms and parks of Fezzana can be organized also parties and every kind of events. Castello di Fezzana has its own kitchen with Tuscan menu, but it's also possible to organize external catering services.

We also organize painting, music and cooking courses for groups with teachers from the main academies of Florence. It is also possible a complete package of study, food supply and accommodation with visits to the main museums of Florence and the main cities in Tuscany.
Possibility to buy typical products at the Fattoria di Fezzana (farm).

The apartments are located in the nice manor house and in the nearby farmhouses, both renovated in Tuscan rural style.
Each apartment has its own fully equipped outdoor area with a barbecue. A barbecue is available in the farm yard with a long community table. Independent central heating for all apartments.

apartment Every apartment has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen corner, you can make excellent dishes. The kitchen furniture is in wood with a granite board. Bathrooms are completely renewed and all with shower. The bedrooms are in Tuscan style (beginning 20th century), with stone floors, wooden ceilings, and wooden beds with orthopaedic mattresses.

The apartments have an independent entrance and are located on the ground floor or on the first floor. All of them have a front door private area equipped with table, chairs and parasols. Washing machines are on request (on payment). I

n the structure there is also a barbecue with a long table available for the guests who like cooking and eating outside all together. Pets are not allowed in the manor house, but only in the apartments located in the nearby farmhouses.

At Fezzana the apartments are divided in several typologies:
Type "B" 4+2 guests, with three rooms: living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, and one bathroom.
Type "C" 4 guests, with three rooms: living room, two double bedrooms, and one bathroom.
Type "E" 2 guests, with two rooms: living room, one double bedroom, and one bathroom.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
Leave Autostrada del Sole A1 motorway at Firenze-Scandicci exit and after the toll gate turn right onto the S.S. Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (FI.PI.LI.).
Exit at Ginestra Fiorentina and continue straight on following the signs to Montespertoli. After the village of Ginestra turn right
towards Montespertoli and after 7 km you will arrive to the village of
Baccaiano.
At the crossroads turn right towards Montespertoli and after a few meters turn left on a road with the sign "Fezzana" (the road is named "Via Fezzana"). Continue on this road for 1 km and you will arrive to a bottleneck with a few houses.
After that you will find the entrance of the castle, near a Madonna.
