Nice spacious flat. The party taking place in the neighbor flat almost came through the walls and lasted for the whole night (One night). We stayed there for 5 days.Situated a bit in the outskirts, but there is a conveniant access to central areas by train and Metro. Cleanliness could have been more sophisticated.

The accommodation was excellent it was clean, spacious, warm and quiet.It was well located a five minute walk from the subway and 3 stops from the Duomo and Golden Quad. Considering how near you are from the centre of Milan it was excellent value for money. When you fly in from Bergamo it is a 50 minute coach journey to the centre of Milan then a Taxi can take you to the apartment for 9 Euros. We had concerns about the check in time but we e-mailed the owner who replied straight away. There was a slight hiccup with communication and we arrived late as there are only 2 flights a day to Bergamo and we were on the second flight. We had a wonderful time in the city and the apartment added to our enjoyment.

Excellent standard of accommodation - Tube station Machachini only 10 mins walk away (this line takes you direct to the centre of Milan). Staff were very helpful. Supermarket also very close. Would definitely stay in again next time in Milan.

Had a brilliant time! It would be nice to have things like payphone and a list of useful contacts i.e local hospital, taxi number local attractions etc.... other than this I'll give you 10/10 anyway and I look forward to staying again. Oh yes! The bed sheets weren't that good they felt like a pair of curtains!

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From any highways, exit at "Certosa/Centro". Go ahead until "circonvallazione" and then proceed, on the left, for about 3 km, until "Piazzale Nigra/Lancetti".

By train
From "Garibaldi" train station, take the city train until "Lancetti".

By airplane
From Malpensa airport, take the "Malpensa Express" train until "Bovisa". Then change and take the urban train until "Lancetti".
From Linate airport, take the bus n.73 until "Piazza San Babila", then take the underground red line and get off at "Porta Venezia". Then take the urban train until "Lancetti".

Check-in: the apartments are available from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. Later arrivals HAVE to be communicated. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO INFORM US REGARDING YOUR EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME IN ORDER TO AVOID PROBLEMS AT THE CHECK-IN. ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT. Early arrivals (before 3pm) are allowed on request only, and will be applied an extra charge of euro 20,00. Later arrivals (after 7pm) are also allowed, but is required the expected arrival time and there is a suplus of 20 euro.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 11 a.m.

Residence il Passante doesn't accept credit cards.
The nearby garage and on-request shuttle service from/to the airport are not included.

CANCELLATION POLICY
It is possible to cancel bookings 2 days before the check in date. In case of no show or late cancellation the penalty is 1 night for every room booked.In Fair periods and in the Formula 1 Monza GP the cancellation is allowed 21 days before check-in, and the penalty in case of no show is 100%.
